Matthew Oliver came recommended to me by another contractor and I’m so glad they did. From the first phone call to the last I cant find any fault with the company. Being a self builder i’m no expert but a visit one evening wasn’t a problem for the team to help me out. From then on Matthew kept me up to date until fitment day and then everything went smoothly. One of the main reasons for choosing Matthew Oliver was because of the reviews…. I’m so glad I did! Genuinely nice people to deal with, no pressure selling, always on time and great value. We actually tried to get 5 separate quotes. 1 didn’t turn up, 1 was over 5k (4 windows????) and the other 2 were 2.9k and 3k. Matthew Oliver offered the best value and fastest turn around. Both Rob and I would like to thank you and say how pleased we are with the recent fitting of the sliding sash windows. From ordering to fitting it has been a very easy transaction, with great communication from you, keeping us informed of progress and fitting. The installation was carried out very professionally by Adrian and Jason with minimal disruption or mess and all 5 windows and door being completed within a day. The windows are of extremely high quality and look fabulous, no more drafts or noise can be heard in any of the rooms – we have had many people walking past and commenting about how good they look! At the beginning of August work began on our replacement conservatory. From the first visit to discuss what was required to completion of the work we could not fault the communication we had with them. On the morning that work commenced the fitters arrived, van loaded with all they required and began work taking down the old structure. By the end of the day all was down and the area was left clean and tidy ready for the next stage. Two days later all was up, all rubbish removed and we were left to enjoy our new, now leak free conservatory. The job we were not looking forward to had gone very smoothly, carried out by a friendly and capable team. We would certainly use them again and recommend them without hesitation to friends and family. Thank you very much

We had a very small problem recently at one of our rented properties, that one of the windows wasn’t closing properly. We expected that any window company would simply tell us we needed a new window! But not with Matthew Oliver. They came out to have a look at the problem within 24 hours of us phoning up, and fixed the problem there and then at very little cost. Genuine ‘good old-fashioned service’, just as they claim on their website!
