The 2 men who did the installation were great. They protected our carpets and tidied up after themselves. Apart from that, they were a very pleasant couple of blokes. We were thrilled with Matthew Oliver Windows from start to finish. From Estelles first visit which was informative with no hard sell at all we knew we had found the right company for us. After having two quotes from large companies we were expecting the usual “let me just phone my boss for a better price”, or ” we are in your area in two weeks if you decide right now”, but there was none of that. We chose a beautiful front door and sliding back door, Estelle measured up and then she left with a cheery smile. No pressure, no messing about. We then received a very competitive quote and installation was only three weeks later. The guys who came, Josh & Will, were courteous and funny, and incredibly hard workers. Their workspace was immaculately clean at the end of the job, and again nothing was too much trouble. 　 I can happily say I have recommended you to everyone, and have had nothing but compliments over my beautiful door.

Recently had installed a front door and side panels and to say we are delighted is an understatement. The initial measuring and design visit was informative and Matthew took on board our ideas, and put some in that we had not considered. The quote was very reasonable, and the expectations were high as we were working from a recommendation from a friend and they did not disappoint. Fitting was on time and done cleanly and expertly, and the finishing was superb. Steve and Josh were our fitters and they did a marvelous job, all helped along with a bacon bap and tea! We would recommend to anyone in the area, and of course we would use them again. 5 star rating from us.

Fantastic service, always available to answer our silly questions and always replied promptly with answers. Changed plans to exactly what we wanted and happy to accommodate our request for extra work to be completed first. My two replacement windows were fitted around 4 weeks or so after placing the order. I was informed by email who would be fitting the windows accompanied by their photos. James and Kieron arrived on time and introduced themselves. The work was carried out very efficiently and care was taken to protect my flooring and furnishings. Very polite young men,  tidied everything away. Very happy with the windows which were fitted with minimal inconvenience. Happy to recommend this company.

We were delighted by the friendly and professional service that Matthew Oliver Windows provided. We had a new front door, cladding and a new conservatory roof, the latter proved to be a challenge due to the weather this summer. Matthew was our weather reporter and kept us updated with regard to timescales at all times. We would certainly use the company again and the chaps who did the work were efficient, friendly and helpful (especially when I changed my mind on door knockers and handles).
