Matthew Oliver was first brought to our notice by our granddaughter who was very favourably impressed by the work carried out on her conservatory. As we needed to replace all our windows and a patio door we decided to follow up on her recommendation.

From the first phone call communication with Matthew Oliver could not be faulted. All the staff we have dealt with have been helpful and friendly. Initial visits to us were punctual and without any pressure of a ‘hard sell’. Queries by email were answered promptly and fully.

The installation team  of Danny and Jordan caused us far less inconvenience than expected, made sure we knew what they had planned  and cleaned  up, inside and out, before leaving each day. Their work was professional and efficient and their manner friendly and considerate.

We are very pleased with the quality of the windows installed and the attention to the detailed finish of the trim , both in and out, which can make or mar otherwise good work.

Based on our experience, we would highly recommend Matthew Oliver and will most certainly use them again for any other work of this nature that we may need to consider.

We are both in our mid 80’s and Matthew Oliver’s procedure of sending photos of the installation team prior to them coming  is a very reassuring touch.

I recommend this firm and if you have half as good a service as we received you’ll be delighted. Matthew kept us fully informed throughout the process but was light touch and certainly not grasping or pushy. There were no major hitches on our job and even though I suspect our windows (old ironstone house) were more complex than initially expected they came in close to on-time and the price did not change.

We were thrilled with Matthew Oliver Windows from start to finish. From Estelles first visit which was informative with no hard sell at all we knew we had found the right company for us. After having two quotes from large companies we were expecting the usual “let me just phone my boss for a better price”, or ” we are in your area in two weeks if you decide right now”, but there was none of that. We chose a beautiful front door and sliding back door, Estelle measured up and then she left with a cheery smile. No pressure, no messing about. We then received a very competitive quote and installation was only three weeks later. The guys who came, Josh & Will, were courteous and funny, and incredibly hard workers. Their workspace was immaculately clean at the end of the job, and again nothing was too much trouble. 　 I can happily say I have recommended you to everyone, and have had nothing but compliments over my beautiful door.

Just writing to give you my feedback and praise on an excellent job done for my recent window and door install. I was really impressed on the level of communication prior to the install. I was informed thoroughly about the different options, sent drawings, pictures etc and whenever I had a query I received an email / call to answer my questions almost straight away – so refreshing! The guys were fantastic on the day, not only did they do a top notch job, they were so polite and friendly and I didn’t expect them to clear up as well as they did! All in all I was really happy with it, reasonable cost, great service from you and the installers and nothing was too much trouble which makes life so much easier for the customer. I’ll definitely be recommending you and your team to friends and family and will certainly be calling upon you again for anything I need in the future. Many thanks for the efficient way you completed the replacement of our windows. You kept us informed at each stage – inspecting, measuring, quoting for the job and installation. The 2 men who did the installation were great. They protected our carpets and tidied up after themselves. Apart from that, they were a very pleasant couple of blokes. (they even laughed at my jokes!!) Workmanship was first-rate, as far as I can tell. I would have no hesitation in recommending you to family and friends.
