The 2 men who did the installation were great. They protected our carpets and tidied up after themselves. Apart from that, they were a very pleasant couple of blokes. They listened to what I wanted for my replacement windows in order to ensure that they kept the look and character of my property. Just writing to give you my feedback and praise on an excellent job done for my recent window and door install. I was really impressed on the level of communication prior to the install. I was informed thoroughly about the different options, sent drawings, pictures etc and whenever I had a query I received an email / call to answer my questions almost straight away – so refreshing! The guys were fantastic on the day, not only did they do a top notch job, they were so polite and friendly and I didn’t expect them to clear up as well as they did! All in all I was really happy with it, reasonable cost, great service from you and the installers and nothing was too much trouble which makes life so much easier for the customer. I’ll definitely be recommending you and your team to friends and family and will certainly be calling upon you again for anything I need in the future. We had a very small problem recently at one of our rented properties, that one of the windows wasn’t closing properly. We expected that any window company would simply tell us we needed a new window! But not with Matthew Oliver. They came out to have a look at the problem within 24 hours of us phoning up, and fixed the problem there and then at very little cost. Genuine ‘good old-fashioned service’, just as they claim on their website!
