Matthew Burt

Managing Director

Matthew is the founder of MO Windows, who has built a like-minded team who are all dedicated to exceeding customer’s expectations. Heading up a busy team doesn’t leave much free time – but Matthew enjoys spending his free time with his family. He also enjoys a crafty pint at his local and good music – just don’t ask him to sing along… you have been warned!

Estelle Douglas

Office Manager

Estelle is at the heart of our team and is always ready to learn something new to evolve our service. She also enjoys exploring the UK countryside in her motorhome—and has also ventured much further afield to Borneo to visit an Orangutan sanctuary!

Stacey Groom

Head of Purchasing

Busy Stacey loves learning new things – which makes her our go-to person who ensures our business is always evolving. Stacey is a vital team member who keeps us all in order!  Away from the office she enjoys walking her dog, eating out with her family, and curling up on the sofa with a glass of wine and a Netflix box set. 

Sharon Goddard

Sales & Administrator

Sociable Sharon loves the variety of tasks that her role brings, and the day to day bustle of a busy office. When she is not organising the team, she can be found in the countryside enjoying long walks with her dog.

Jim Madden

Installer

Jim is a big fan of the great outdoors, so he thinks that working outside in the sun is one of the best things about being a window installer. He enjoys nothing better than keeping fit and cycling and talented Jim is also a pilot and flew his first solo journey aged just 16.

James Sperling

Installer

James joined our installation team in 2021 and says that working locally as part of a friendly team is the best part of his job. Outside of his day job, you can usually find James relaxing on the golf course – or at the 19th hole! Our animal-loving James also used to own a large pet pig.

Lee Bickerstaff

New Business Adviser

Lee has a background of working within the window and building industry. He is very much dedicated to giving our customers the best possible experience, buying windows and doors can feel like a minefield, but with advice and team support he strives in this role.  Outside of Matthew Oliver,  Lee likes to play golf, cycle and travel as much as he can.

Jordan Callan

Installer

Jordan has been carrying out a variety of installations over the past 6 years.

He likes to be working outside (not so much in winter) . In his spare time, he likes to watch football, but most of all spending time with the family and finding new places to eat out!

Mane Krtinic

Installer

Mane is not only one of our talented fitters, but also one of the tallest members of the team—a gentle giant in every sense! A true family man at heart, Mane is often described by customers as a lovely gentleman, and it’s easy to see why. He takes real pride in his work, especially when it comes to seeing the smiles on customers’ faces once a job is complete. Outside of fitting, Mane enjoys getting hands-on with mechanics in his spare time. His friendly nature and dedication to quality make him a valued part of the Matthew Oliver team.

Rhys Halford

New Business Coordinator

Rhys is a recent addition to the Matthew Oliver team and has already made a fantastic impact as our New Business Coordinator. Eager to learn, he’s thrown himself into discovering all there is to know about windows, doors, and the full range of services we offer. Outside of work, Rhys is all about the good vibes—you’ll often find him at festivals, exploring a mix of stages thanks to his eclectic taste in music. He’s also a big sports fan and never says no to a great film (or two). His energy and enthusiasm bring a fresh spark to the team

Danny Darnell

Installer

Outside of his work as a skilled window fitter, Danny has a real zest for life. He enjoys exploring new destinations, immersing himself in different cultures, and unwinding with long walks along the beach. A dedicated sports fan, Danny has a particular love for football and boxing—and he’s never far from the action when Arsenal are playing! His sense of adventure and team spirit shine through in everything he does, both on and off the job.

Jacqueline Parker

Admin support

Our “Cornish Lass” Jacqueline has recently joined the MO Office Team.

Her passion is to continually learn and develop new skills, which has been her driving force throughout her career, from Receptionist to Fleet Operations Manager and everything in between!

Outside MO she enjoys Leading Walks, Line Dancing, being a Volunteer at her local Library, Camping and is generally nuts about her cavalier King Charles Spaniel, Theo!

James Ireland

Installer

James fills his spare time watching football, working out, walks with the dog, games and eating Italian food. He has been an installer for 8 years and continuing to gain acknowledge, he enjoys being hands on and working in different types of homes.

Kieran Abbott

Installer

Kieran is coming up to his 11^th year in the industry. In his spare time loves to play golf and his ultimate holiday destination would be the Caribbean …. One day!

CHRIS SAYLES

Head processor and conservatory technician

Chris has been with us for the last four years, and loves seeing the results of how our doors and windows transform our customer’s homes. Chris loves attending concerts, seeing the world and spending time with his family.

NICOLA TITTERTON

Finance & HR Manager

Nicola has been an integral part of the Mo Windows team since day one! She loves keeping busy – which is just as well as she manages all our finance and HR functions. When she’s not in the office, she enjoys following Formula 1… and working some more!

Steve Fountain

Installer & Goods In Manager

Steve keeps our good inwards department running like clockwork – and still finds the time to keep his hand in with installations too! Keen runner Steve has also completed the London Marathon in a rather impressive four hours.

Wayne Whittaker

Installer

Wayne is one of our longstanding fitters, having joined the team in 2015. He quotes ‘working with a good bunch of lads and lasses’ as the best part of his job. He’s also a DIY enthusiast and a keen angler – and has a golfing trophy for getting a hole in one.

Simon Cowler

Installer

Simon is another one of our dedicated fitters and a true family man through and through. When he’s not on-site delivering top-notch installations, he’s spending quality time with his children—often at the football pitch. A supporter of Brackley Town FC, Simon enjoys cheering them on with his son, usually with a burger in hand! Sundays are often spent running the line for his son’s team, and when the football boots come off, he’s busy tending to his own little menagerie. With dogs to walk, and a rabbit, tortoise, and lizard to care for, there’s never a dull moment. Simon brings the same care and commitment to his work as he does to his family and pets, making him a valued part of the team.
