Matthew Oliver was first brought to our notice by our granddaughter who was very favourably impressed by the work carried out on her conservatory. As we needed to replace all our windows and a patio door we decided to follow up on her recommendation.

From the first phone call communication with Matthew Oliver could not be faulted. All the staff we have dealt with have been helpful and friendly. Initial visits to us were punctual and without any pressure of a ‘hard sell’. Queries by email were answered promptly and fully.

The installation team  of Danny and Jordan caused us far less inconvenience than expected, made sure we knew what they had planned  and cleaned  up, inside and out, before leaving each day. Their work was professional and efficient and their manner friendly and considerate.

We are very pleased with the quality of the windows installed and the attention to the detailed finish of the trim , both in and out, which can make or mar otherwise good work.

Based on our experience, we would highly recommend Matthew Oliver and will most certainly use them again for any other work of this nature that we may need to consider.

We are both in our mid 80’s and Matthew Oliver’s procedure of sending photos of the installation team prior to them coming  is a very reassuring touch.

I would like you to know how very pleased I am with the installation of my mother’s new porch door. From the outset it was obvious that she needed a particular type of handle/lock, and although this would not be the one you supply as standard, you went the ‘extra mile’ to find the one that would be suitable. For this I am very grateful. The measuring, choice of glass and final installation were all done professionally and with as little disruption to my mother as possible. The quality of the door, consideration of the team etc. were all first class. Matthew Oliver recently fitted a new door, side light and window at our property in Burton Latimer. We love the products manufactured by Sunseeker Windows and they have been fitted very well. We had no problems at all with the installers and it’s a Big Yes to using them again in the future. We have already recommended them to some friends in Rushden. One of the main reasons for choosing Matthew Oliver was because of the reviews…. I’m so glad I did! Genuinely nice people to deal with, no pressure selling, always on time and great value. We actually tried to get 5 separate quotes. 1 didn’t turn up, 1 was over 5k (4 windows????) and the other 2 were 2.9k and 3k. Matthew Oliver offered the best value and fastest turn around. I normally never write reviews (to busy and to lazy) however I was so impressed with their service I felt I had to give credit where credit it due. I am certain you will not be disappointed.

Over the last couple of years we have had several windows and doors replaced in the house we purchased 13 years ago.

We contacted Matthew Oliver Windows and Doors after having a couple of other company’s agents visit us to give suggestions and financial information.  We were not impressed with the big names that you see advertising regularly.

We were, however, very impressed by the friendly and efficient service we were shown from the staff and fitters.  They are easy to talk to over the telephone and we never felt uncomfortable about asking for their advice.

Now we are in that happy place of not having to replace any more doors or windows for a very, very long time.   However, we will miss the contact of this company, but know that if we ever do have a problem, they will help quickly.

The house looks very smart, with the replacements we chose, and would recommend this company to anyone looking for one that was reliable and helpful .   The workmanship and care that was taken with all the various installations were very good – always leaving the work clean and tidy.

Fantastic service, always available to answer our silly questions and always replied promptly with answers.
