Matthew Oliver was first brought to our notice by our granddaughter who was very favourably impressed by the work carried out on her conservatory. As we needed to replace all our windows and a patio door we decided to follow up on her recommendation.

From the first phone call communication with Matthew Oliver could not be faulted. All the staff we have dealt with have been helpful and friendly. Initial visits to us were punctual and without any pressure of a ‘hard sell’. Queries by email were answered promptly and fully.

The installation team  of Danny and Jordan caused us far less inconvenience than expected, made sure we knew what they had planned  and cleaned  up, inside and out, before leaving each day. Their work was professional and efficient and their manner friendly and considerate.

We are very pleased with the quality of the windows installed and the attention to the detailed finish of the trim , both in and out, which can make or mar otherwise good work.

Based on our experience, we would highly recommend Matthew Oliver and will most certainly use them again for any other work of this nature that we may need to consider.

We are both in our mid 80’s and Matthew Oliver’s procedure of sending photos of the installation team prior to them coming  is a very reassuring touch.

Dear Matthew, I’m just writing to say thank you again for the excellent work that you have just carried out for us. There is no question in my mind that we will be in contact again when we need windows or doors. You kindly took the time to meet with us on a couple of occasions to talk about our requirements and to help us select products and designs. The installation took place on the first agreed dates and actually took less than the estimated number of days. We were thrilled with Matthew Oliver Windows from start to finish. From Estelles first visit which was informative with no hard sell at all we knew we had found the right company for us. After having two quotes from large companies we were expecting the usual “let me just phone my boss for a better price”, or ” we are in your area in two weeks if you decide right now”, but there was none of that. We chose a beautiful front door and sliding back door, Estelle measured up and then she left with a cheery smile. No pressure, no messing about. We then received a very competitive quote and installation was only three weeks later. The guys who came, Josh & Will, were courteous and funny, and incredibly hard workers. Their workspace was immaculately clean at the end of the job, and again nothing was too much trouble. 　 I can happily say I have recommended you to everyone, and have had nothing but compliments over my beautiful door.

Matthew Oliver Windows & Doors really exceeded our expectations. The entire team were friendly and helpful, with Estelle quickly providing a very competitive quotation for the modern composite door which we had chosen at their showroom and then Steve promptly carried out a survey to check out the window and wall needing removal. Even when a delivery firm caused slight damage to the new door during shipping, Matthew pulled out all of the stops to arrange the manufacture of a replacement and then rearranged his workload to create a time slot for their installation team. We were extremely pleased with Steve and Connors attention to detail, with the door taking only one of the two days forecast for them to install and with the interior walls being re-plastered, skirting boards fitted all around and the floor concreted, whilst outside was left clean and tidy with all rubbish being taken away in their company van. We thought Connor was going to wear the glass and door away; he was cleaning and polishing it so much. We would readily recommend Matthew Oliver Windows & Doors to everyone.

They listened to what I wanted for my replacement windows in order to ensure that they kept the look and character of my property. Everyone at Matthew Oliver has been great, Rhys dealt with the initial door query and helped us find the perfect door. Sharon, Jacqueline and Sarah have been ever so helpful, keeping me up to date and ensuring everything was correct. 

The installation team, James and Kieran – they knew what they were doing, it’s clear they have alot of expertise and knowledge. Nothing was too much for them. Alfie (the dog) was also a fan. 

They left the area very clean; the workmanship was fantastic. The door is honestly my favourite part of the house now. I can’t stop looking at it, especially from inside aswell – the Dorchester windows are the best decision I have made, the light into my hallway is beautiful. 

We are waiting until next year for our new Georgian windows but I will 100% be using MO again for these. I will be recommending them to everyone. The quotes were also reasonable and I think a great price for the smiles on our faces.

One of the main reasons for choosing Matthew Oliver was because of the reviews…. I’m so glad I did! Genuinely nice people to deal with, no pressure selling, always on time and great value. We actually tried to get 5 separate quotes. 1 didn’t turn up, 1 was over 5k (4 windows????) and the other 2 were 2.9k and 3k. Matthew Oliver offered the best value and fastest turn around. I normally never write reviews (to busy and to lazy) however I was so impressed with their service I felt I had to give credit where credit it due. I am certain you will not be disappointed.

We used Matthew Oliver on a recommendation for our builder as we wanted bi-folds and a rear window. Matthew Oliver were very helpful and helped me make decisions on what to have when I really didn’t know what I needed.
