Both Meg and I are very pleased with our new windows, they have transformed the outside of the house, it looks like a new build! Our neighbours have also commented on how smart they look. From initial contact thot I made to ask for a quote everything has been spot on. Merv was fantastic when he came round and a real character, then Andy the surveyor was great, and the contact along the way from Zoe and yourself keeping us updated with our order and fitting dates was much appreciated. 

James and kieran have done a fantastic job with the window fitting, the quality of the finishing is first class, and I am very fussy and a bit OCD I’ve been told so please pass on our thanks to them both!. They were very clean and tidy, and professional, on top of that  they seem a great pair of guys who work well together. 

On chatting to James he takes pride in his work and likes to do a good job, and complete everything to a high standard, a value which isn’t easy to find these days. He seems to have the same work ethic as me which was nice to see as a customer. 

The plasterer has done a fantastic job with a great quality finish, again he was very tidy and cleared up after himself. 

Also the lead man we’ll call him, great job on top of the bow window! 

In all you have a great team of people throughout who are all very polite, helpful and professional and seem very customer focused. I would gladly use you again, and recommend you to anyone I know, and of course will leave positive reviews.

Recently had installed a front door and side panels and to say we are delighted is an understatement. The initial measuring and design visit was informative and Matthew took on board our ideas, and put some in that we had not considered. The quote was very reasonable, and the expectations were high as we were working from a recommendation from a friend and they did not disappoint. Fitting was on time and done cleanly and expertly, and the finishing was superb. Steve and Josh were our fitters and they did a marvelous job, all helped along with a bacon bap and tea! Matthew Oliver recently fitted a new door, side light and window at our property in Burton Latimer. We love the products manufactured by Sunseeker Windows and they have been fitted very well. I would like you to know how very pleased I am with the installation of my mother’s new porch door. From the outset it was obvious that she needed a particular type of handle/lock, and although this would not be the one you supply as standard, you went the ‘extra mile’ to find the one that would be suitable. For this I am very grateful. The measuring, choice of glass and final installation were all done professionally and with as little disruption to my mother as possible. The quality of the door, consideration of the team etc. were all first class. I think you must be very proud of your organisation. Needless to say, you will be given an A1 recommendation from me should the occasion arise.
