I had my facias, soffits and gutters replaced and replacement double-glazed windows installed throughout my bungalow by Matthew Oliver Windows and Doors ltd and am very pleased with the work.  This was a big job, and it was completed to a very high standard at a very reasonable price.  The FSGs and the windows look great and have completely transformed the look of the bungalow.  I have had a lot of compliments on the on the work from my neighbours.

The installation team James and Jim were excellent.  They did a very good job.  They were friendly, considerate and thoughtful, tidying up after each day’s work and always took their shoes off when entering the bungalow, which is always a bonus, especially at this time of the year!  They communicated very well in planning which rooms would be done in advance which enabled me to secure my extremely nervous indoor cat each day.  They were also very helpful, giving me advice on the condition of other aspects of the building that they spotted that could cause potential problems, for example the pointing around the chimney that may need repairing.  They are a credit to the company.

I would not hesitate to recommend Matthew Oliver Windows and Doors for quality of products, excellent workmanship and value for money.  I would definitely use them again.

Everyone at Matthew Oliver has been great, Rhys dealt with the initial door query and helped us find the perfect door. Sharon, Jacqueline and Sarah have been ever so helpful, keeping me up to date and ensuring everything was correct. 

The installation team, James and Kieran – they knew what they were doing, it’s clear they have alot of expertise and knowledge. Nothing was too much for them. Alfie (the dog) was also a fan. 

They left the area very clean; the workmanship was fantastic. The door is honestly my favourite part of the house now. I can’t stop looking at it, especially from inside aswell – the Dorchester windows are the best decision I have made, the light into my hallway is beautiful. 

We are waiting until next year for our new Georgian windows but I will 100% be using MO again for these. I will be recommending them to everyone. The quotes were also reasonable and I think a great price for the smiles on our faces.

Matthew Oliver was first brought to our notice by our granddaughter who was very favourably impressed by the work carried out on her conservatory. As we needed to replace all our windows and a patio door we decided to follow up on her recommendation.

From the first phone call communication with Matthew Oliver could not be faulted. All the staff we have dealt with have been helpful and friendly. Initial visits to us were punctual and without any pressure of a ‘hard sell’. Queries by email were answered promptly and fully.

The installation team  of Danny and Jordan caused us far less inconvenience than expected, made sure we knew what they had planned  and cleaned  up, inside and out, before leaving each day. Their work was professional and efficient and their manner friendly and considerate.

We are very pleased with the quality of the windows installed and the attention to the detailed finish of the trim , both in and out, which can make or mar otherwise good work.

Based on our experience, we would highly recommend Matthew Oliver and will most certainly use them again for any other work of this nature that we may need to consider.

We are both in our mid 80’s and Matthew Oliver’s procedure of sending photos of the installation team prior to them coming  is a very reassuring touch.

Over the last couple of years we have had several windows and doors replaced in the house we purchased 13 years ago.

We contacted Matthew Oliver Windows and Doors after having a couple of other company’s agents visit us to give suggestions and financial information.  We were not impressed with the big names that you see advertising regularly.

We were, however, very impressed by the friendly and efficient service we were shown from the staff and fitters.  They are easy to talk to over the telephone and we never felt uncomfortable about asking for their advice.

Now we are in that happy place of not having to replace any more doors or windows for a very, very long time.   However, we will miss the contact of this company, but know that if we ever do have a problem, they will help quickly.

The house looks very smart, with the replacements we chose, and would recommend this company to anyone looking for one that was reliable and helpful .   The workmanship and care that was taken with all the various installations were very good – always leaving the work clean and tidy.
