From initial contact thot I made to ask for a quote everything has been spot on. Merv was fantastic when he came round and a real character, then Andy the surveyor was great, and the contact along the way from Zoe and yourself keeping us updated with our order and fitting dates was much appreciated. 

James and kieran have done a fantastic job with the window fitting, the quality of the finishing is first class, and I am very fussy and a bit OCD I’ve been told so please pass on our thanks to them both!. They were very clean and tidy, and professional, on top of that  they seem a great pair of guys who work well together. 

On chatting to James he takes pride in his work and likes to do a good job, and complete everything to a high standard, a value which isn’t easy to find these days. He seems to have the same work ethic as me which was nice to see as a customer. 

The plasterer has done a fantastic job with a great quality finish, again he was very tidy and cleared up after himself. 

Also the lead man we’ll call him, great job on top of the bow window! 

In all you have a great team of people throughout who are all very polite, helpful and professional and seem very customer focused. I would gladly use you again, and recommend you to anyone I know, and of course will leave positive reviews.

Matthew Oliver Windows & Doors really exceeded our expectations. The entire team were friendly and helpful, with Estelle quickly providing a very competitive quotation for the modern composite door which we had chosen at their showroom and then Steve promptly carried out a survey to check out the window and wall needing removal. Even when a delivery firm caused slight damage to the new door during shipping, Matthew pulled out all of the stops to arrange the manufacture of a replacement and then rearranged his workload to create a time slot for their installation team. We were extremely pleased with Steve and Connors attention to detail, with the door taking only one of the two days forecast for them to install and with the interior walls being re-plastered, skirting boards fitted all around and the floor concreted, whilst outside was left clean and tidy with all rubbish being taken away in their company van. We thought Connor was going to wear the glass and door away; he was cleaning and polishing it so much. We would readily recommend Matthew Oliver Windows & Doors to everyone.

We were thrilled with Matthew Oliver Windows from start to finish. From Estelles first visit which was informative with no hard sell at all we knew we had found the right company for us. After having two quotes from large companies we were expecting the usual “let me just phone my boss for a better price”, or ” we are in your area in two weeks if you decide right now”, but there was none of that. We chose a beautiful front door and sliding back door, Estelle measured up and then she left with a cheery smile. No pressure, no messing about. We then received a very competitive quote and installation was only three weeks later. The guys who came, Josh & Will, were courteous and funny, and incredibly hard workers. Matthew Oliver came recommended to me by another contractor and I’m so glad they did. From the first phone call to the last I cant find any fault with the company.
