Just had a front door and some French doors fitted by Matthew Oliver windows and doors and I’m so pleased with them. The whole process from quote to completion was effortless and the installers did an excellent job in a very timely manner and the finish looks fantastic. We were thrilled with Matthew Oliver Windows from start to finish. From Estelles first visit which was informative with no hard sell at all we knew we had found the right company for us. After having two quotes from large companies we were expecting the usual “let me just phone my boss for a better price”, or ” we are in your area in two weeks if you decide right now”, but there was none of that. We chose a beautiful front door and sliding back door, Estelle measured up and then she left with a cheery smile. No pressure, no messing about. We then received a very competitive quote and installation was only three weeks later. The guys who came, Josh & Will, were courteous and funny, and incredibly hard workers. Their workspace was immaculately clean at the end of the job, and again nothing was too much trouble. 　 I can happily say I have recommended you to everyone, and have had nothing but compliments over my beautiful door.

From initial contact thot I made to ask for a quote everything has been spot on. Merv was fantastic when he came round and a real character, then Andy the surveyor was great, and the contact along the way from Zoe and yourself keeping us updated with our order and fitting dates was much appreciated. 

James and kieran have done a fantastic job with the window fitting, the quality of the finishing is first class, and I am very fussy and a bit OCD I’ve been told so please pass on our thanks to them both!. They were very clean and tidy, and professional, on top of that  they seem a great pair of guys who work well together. 

On chatting to James he takes pride in his work and likes to do a good job, and complete everything to a high standard, a value which isn’t easy to find these days. He seems to have the same work ethic as me which was nice to see as a customer. 

The plasterer has done a fantastic job with a great quality finish, again he was very tidy and cleared up after himself. 

Also the lead man we’ll call him, great job on top of the bow window! 

In all you have a great team of people throughout who are all very polite, helpful and professional and seem very customer focused. I would gladly use you again, and recommend you to anyone I know, and of course will leave positive reviews.

We contacted Matthew Oliver Windows to obtain a quote for replacement windows and guttering in our home and, from the initial call on, have received great support and input from everyone we have dealt with to ensure that we were happy with our choices and communication has been excellent.

I would like you to know how very pleased I am with the installation of my mother’s new porch door. From the outset it was obvious that she needed a particular type of handle/lock, and although this would not be the one you supply as standard, you went the ‘extra mile’ to find the one that would be suitable. For this I am very grateful. The measuring, choice of glass and final installation were all done professionally and with as little disruption to my mother as possible. The quality of the door, consideration of the team etc. were all first class. I think you must be very proud of your organisation. Needless to say, you will be given an A1 recommendation from me should the occasion arise. One of the main reasons for choosing Matthew Oliver was because of the reviews…. I’m so glad I did! Genuinely nice people to deal with, no pressure selling, always on time and great value. We actually tried to get 5 separate quotes. 1 didn’t turn up, 1 was over 5k (4 windows????) and the other 2 were 2.9k and 3k. Matthew Oliver offered the best value and fastest turn around. I normally never write reviews (to busy and to lazy) however I was so impressed with their service I felt I had to give credit where credit it due. I am certain you will not be disappointed.

I have had cause to use this company twice in the last year.  This was due to the fact that our existing uPVC double glazing system installed in 2007, had started to fail. We had failed window lock, the original suppliers did not want to know about undertaking repairs, and never phoned back. After 50 odd years working in construction my standard policy is I give “ONE” chance no call back forget it. I saw Matthew Oliver’s advertisement in the local press and gave them a ring. Speaking to Matthew, who said he would check with his fitter and call back, which he did. The visit from “The Man” was at the time agreed and as they were unable to match the window lock he suggested moving the one from the cloakroom using the non matched replacement there and relocating the cloak room lock to the broken one so we had matching locks on that window…. I was so pleased I paid the invoice as soon as I had it. We have just had them call and repair the lock on our front door (replacement spring) again so easy. This is a professional company I would highly recommend as their level of customer service is well developed. I wish them every success, and have added them to my small list of approved contractors.

My two replacement windows were fitted around 4 weeks or so after placing the order. I was informed by email who would be fitting the windows accompanied by their photos. James and Kieron arrived on time and introduced themselves. The work was carried out very efficiently and care was taken to protect my flooring and furnishings. I would like to say how delighted I am with my conservatory. From the moment you came to see me and asked me what I would like, rather than to be told “This is what we will do for you” I had a good feeling about the whole project.
