We are extremely satisfied with our new windows and doors we recently had fitted by Matthew Oliver. Matthew gave a very personal service . He really listened to what we wanted and gave us ideas as to what to have or what things would look nice but was never pushy and came without any of the cliche salesmanship! He was always there to answer lots of my silly questions to. One of the things we liked the best about the company was there was no hard sell or giving a ridiculous price that they then could drop by the thousands like many of the previous companies we had out, the price was a good one straight away. Marc fitted the windows and installation went smoothly, he turned up at the same time each day and tidied up each night, he was very professional. Matthew James Marc and Josh were always really helpful no matter what. The windows and locks are really good quality but my favourite thing is the front door. They have all made a huge difference to the look of our house and it’s security. I would throughly recommend Matthew Oliver windows they’ve been brilliant.

Matthew Oliver Windows & Doors really exceeded our expectations. The entire team were friendly and helpful, with Estelle quickly providing a very competitive quotation for the modern composite door which we had chosen at their showroom and then Steve promptly carried out a survey to check out the window and wall needing removal. Even when a delivery firm caused slight damage to the new door during shipping, Matthew pulled out all of the stops to arrange the manufacture of a replacement and then rearranged his workload to create a time slot for their installation team. We were extremely pleased with Steve and Connors attention to detail, with the door taking only one of the two days forecast for them to install and with the interior walls being re-plastered, skirting boards fitted all around and the floor concreted, whilst outside was left clean and tidy with all rubbish being taken away in their company van. We thought Connor was going to wear the glass and door away; he was cleaning and polishing it so much. We would readily recommend Matthew Oliver Windows & Doors to everyone.

Mary and I would just like to thank you for the care and professionalism you showed right from your initial visit to discuss our requirements, through your office support keeping us in touch with what was happening, and, finally, to the installation of our replacement fascias and soffits and the new front french doors we commissioned.  We would like to highlight here the care, attention to detail and skill of your fitters, Steve and Connor, who were friendly and courteous at all times, kept disruption to the minimum, and left everything clean and tidy after finishing each day. Double-glazing firms don’t always have a good reputation but, believe me, Matthew Oliver’s approach puts all the rest in the shade – you show them all how it should be done!

Recently had installed a front door and side panels and to say we are delighted is an understatement. The initial measuring and design visit was informative and Matthew took on board our ideas, and put some in that we had not considered. The quote was very reasonable, and the expectations were high as we were working from a recommendation from a friend and they did not disappoint. Fitting was on time and done cleanly and expertly, and the finishing was superb. Steve and Josh were our fitters and they did a marvelous job, all helped along with a bacon bap and tea! Matthew Oliver came recommended to me by another contractor and I’m so glad they did. From the first phone call to the last I cant find any fault with the company. Being a self builder i’m no expert but a visit one evening wasn’t a problem for the team to help me out. From then on Matthew kept me up to date until fitment day and then everything went smoothly. I would like you to know how very pleased I am with the installation of my mother’s new porch door. From the outset it was obvious that she needed a particular type of handle/lock, and although this would not be the one you supply as standard, you went the ‘extra mile’ to find the one that would be suitable. For this I am very grateful. The measuring, choice of glass and final installation were all done professionally and with as little disruption to my mother as possible. The quality of the door, consideration of the team etc. were all first class. I think you must be very proud of your organisation. Needless to say, you will be given an A1 recommendation from me should the occasion arise. Just writing to give you my feedback and praise on an excellent job done for my recent window and door install. I was really impressed on the level of communication prior to the install. I was informed thoroughly about the different options, sent drawings, pictures etc and whenever I had a query I received an email / call to answer my questions almost straight away – so refreshing! The guys were fantastic on the day, not only did they do a top notch job, they were so polite and friendly and I didn’t expect them to clear up as well as they did! All in all I was really happy with it, reasonable cost, great service from you and the installers and nothing was too much trouble which makes life so much easier for the customer.
