We had a very small problem recently at one of our rented properties, that one of the windows wasn’t closing properly. We expected that any window company would simply tell us we needed a new window! But not with Matthew Oliver. They came out to have a look at the problem within 24 hours of us phoning up, and fixed the problem there and then at very little cost. Genuine ‘good old-fashioned service’, just as they claim on their website!

The installation went seamlessly with the minimum of disruption and the standard of their work was exemplary. I originally contact Matthew Oliver about a repair to an existing window which they did quickly and efficiently. Impressed with their repair service I got back in touch with them as I wanted some advice on my windows. Matthew visited us on a Saturday, measured up and talked us through some options. There was no hard sell just good, friendly, honest advice. Matthew provided me with a written quotation within a few days and then answered any other questions I had promptly. We eventually decided to go with vertical sliding windows and we visited the showroom to view the sample. Happy with the sample, we decided to place the order. The installation went smoothly, Jason and Wayne were very friendly and have done a brilliant job and were clean, tidy and courteous. I would have no problem in recommending Matthew Oliver to my friends and family and would happily use them again without hesitation. The whole process from start to finish was customer focused and nothing was too much trouble for Matthew and the team.

We are extremely satisfied with our new windows and doors we recently had fitted by Matthew Oliver. Matthew gave a very personal service . He really listened to what we wanted and gave us ideas as to what to have or what things would look nice but was never pushy and came without any of the cliche salesmanship! He was always there to answer lots of my silly questions to. One of the things we liked the best about the company was there was no hard sell or giving a ridiculous price that they then could drop by the thousands like many of the previous companies we had out, the price was a good one straight away. Marc fitted the windows and installation went smoothly, he turned up at the same time each day and tidied up each night, he was very professional. Matthew James Marc and Josh were always really helpful no matter what. The windows and locks are really good quality but my favourite thing is the front door. They have all made a huge difference to the look of our house and it’s security. I would throughly recommend Matthew Oliver windows they’ve been brilliant.

We were delighted by the friendly and professional service that Matthew Oliver Windows provided. We had a new front door, cladding and a new conservatory roof, the latter proved to be a challenge due to the weather this summer. Matthew was our weather reporter and kept us updated with regard to timescales at all times.
