My two replacement windows were fitted around 4 weeks or so after placing the order. I was informed by email who would be fitting the windows accompanied by their photos. James and Kieron arrived on time and introduced themselves. The work was carried out very efficiently and care was taken to protect my flooring and furnishings. After careful research, we decided to contact Matthew Oliver to supply us with a new front door. This swiftly changed into a new door with matching glass to our hall window. From our initial meeting with Matthew after business hours as we couldn’t get to their showroom during usual opening hours, the service has been fantastic from the site survey through to communication with the office and the fitting of the door and window glass. Estelle in the office was extremely patient with me whilst I asked questions about door bells and extra keys! During the installation of our door Matthew dropped by to check that we were happy, which we were. Installation went without a hitch and we are absolutely thrilled with our door and window glass. I really won’t hesitate to recommend Matthew Oliver based not only on the quality of the door supplied but on their exceptional customer service.

Many thanks for the efficient way you completed the replacement of our windows. You kept us informed at each stage – inspecting, measuring, quoting for the job and installation. The 2 men who did the installation were great. They protected our carpets and tidied up after themselves. Apart from that, they were a very pleasant couple of blokes.
